Launched in collaboration with a leading Tier 1 Canadian bank, the platform enables customers to submit critical illness, disability and job loss claims online through a personalized, bilingual portal, with the additional option to submit paper claims if customers prefer.
With a modernized and accessible interface, the Creditor Insurance Digital Claims Portal offers a seamless, customer-centric journey, allowing users to track claim statuses in real time and reducing the need for branch visits or call centre inquiries. The platform accelerates the end-to-end claims process, supporting operational efficiencies for lenders and faster turnaround times for customers.
